Shipping policy

At Multivers, we process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We deliver across Canada using carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. Estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days within Quebec and Ontario, and 5–12 business days for the rest of Canada. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate—returned packages due to incorrect information may result in additional shipping charges. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we’ll gladly assist you if any issues arise during delivery.
