TCG Product Return & Cancellation Policy
At Multivers, we work hard to provide authentic, high-quality trading card products and fair pricing for our community. Due to the nature of collectible and trading card products, all TCG-related items are subject to the following policy:
Final Sale Policy
All trading card products, including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, accessories, and sealed products, are considered final sale once shipped.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
on shipped TCG products unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled after payment may be subject to a 3% cancellation/restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and handling costs.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and product
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
Fraud Prevention
Multivers reserves the right to refuse returns, cancellations, or service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy exploitation.
